Associate Director / Senior Market Researcher

As an RG+A senior researcher, you are expected to deliver top shelf quantitative market research. Your responsibilities start with designing carefully crafted and precise surveys and stimuli, and analyzing data to find the nuggets that will truly help and impress our clients. But that’s not all - activities also include: ensuring clients feel heard, thought about, and well cared for; overseeing all aspects of project execution; developing visually compelling and clear presentations and reports; managing and training less?experienced researchers; and making sure you and your colleagues are always bringing your best.

Researcher
RG+A is looking for individuals with 1 - 3 years of experience in market research to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing questionnaires and other survey stimuli, monitoring data collection, developing tab plans and checking cross tabs, as well as participating in data analysis and creation of PowerPoint slides. (S)he will also assist in proposal development and background desk research.
Requirements for this job include a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 1 - 3 years of experience. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, including oral and written, as well as proficiency using the MS Office suite.

Project Accountant
RG+A is experiencing steady growth and is planning to improve its support infrastructure by expanding its accounting/finance department, and by installing a new accounting system. We are looking to hire an Accountant to fill the recently created position on our staff, and to take a lead role in implementing and maintaining the new accounting system. This position will report to the CFO.
Requirements:
- at least four year's professional experience; private/public mix preferred
- BS degree in accounting
- hands-on experience with project accounting
- experience with a professional services company
- experience implementing an accounting system a major plus
- strong computer skills, with an emphasis on MS Excel, Outlook; proficiency in MS Access a plus
- ability to work effectively across all departments and levels of professional and support staff, and executive management
- comfortable working in an entrepreneurial organization, with minimal structure
- independent thinker, with energy to keep up with a fast paced organization
Primary responsibilities include:
- lead role implementing new accounting system
- project accounting
- contract administration
- monthly/quarterly closing process
- account analysis and reconciliation
- financial reporting and compliance
- special projects, as necessary
